CM Rogers & Sons still dig all tanks by hand.  Your tank will be pumped out completely and then washed out.

If you have a baffled tank, we will dig up both ends of your tank and completely empty both ends of the tank.  If you have a filter, we will clean it as well.  Your tank will then be inspected for any leaks, cracks or damage.  We will inspect your sanitary t’s- if they are missing, damaged or broken, we will replace them.  We will also check the line from the house to the tank.  If it is clogged with roots, grease or debris, we will unclog that line and make sure that it is clog-free before we finish.  Your yard is then put back- just like we found it.
